Can I use a domain name I already own?
Yes. You can use your existing domain name for your business email. The necessary DNS and email settings will need to be configured for your domain to work with the service.
Do your email plans include a free domain?
The Pro and Unlimited plans include a free .co.za domain with annual billing. The Lite plan does not include this domain offer. You can also register a domain separately.
How many email accounts can I create?
The Lite plan includes 5 email accounts, Pro includes 20 email accounts, and Unlimited includes unlimited email accounts. Choose the plan that suits your team.
How much mailbox storage do I get?
Lite includes a 4GB mailbox, Pro includes a 10GB mailbox, and Unlimited includes a 20GB mailbox. You can compare all plan features in the pricing section above.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are email authentication technologies. They help receiving mail servers check whether messages are authorised to use your domain and help protect against email spoofing. All three are included in our plans.
Can I access my business email through a browser?
